Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Commercial Governance & Compliance Drive adherence to internal sales governance policies, lead commercial review board (CRB) calls along with business. Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Business and Procurement team to ensure control compliance and transparency in sales process as per sales governance policy.
  • Oversee sales governance team and works towards faster closure of sales contracts with clients.
  • Lead commercial reviews with business and opportunity lead to ensure sales meet benchmark profitability and provide relevant input.
  • Process Improvement drive overall sales governance process improvement

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Indian construction and CRE contracting norms (Item-rate, FIDIC, EPC, DBFO, PMC, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (BOCW, CLRA, GST, IT, MSME, statutory audits, insurance norms)
  • Contract drafting, negotiation and administration
  • Risk management and mitigation planning
  • Claims and dispute resolution framework
  • Commercial analytics and financial acumen

Behavioral /Leadership skill requirement:

  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • High governance mindset and ethics oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Background Required:

  • BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering
  • MBA in Finance/Operation/Construction Management
  • Industry relevant certifications (RICS, PMP, FIDIC Contract Management Certifications etc) shall be given preference.
