Role Purpose:
Global Rewards Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing and co-ordination of the global reward cycle (bonus and salary review) driving timely and accurate delivery and excellent employee engagement.
The role will be contributing to reward strategy & policy development for Coats Group and acts as is an internal consultant to drive Rewards & Remuneration within the Division/Region.
