Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Global HEOR SLR Analysts across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Oversee execution of systematic literature reviews aligned with global market access strategy
  • Ensure methodological rigor, consistency with PRISMA/PICOS, and integration into value communication tools
  • Drive process innovation using AI tools to enhance literature review quality and efficiency

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HEOR TA heads to align review outputs with value demonstration objectives
  • Manage research protocols, screening methods, and data abstraction tools
  • Ensure quality control and compliance in all SLR deliverables
  • Contribute to hiring, development, and performance management of the SLR team
