Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

To drive the successful transformation and migration of the Gold Loan core. The role will be responsible for understanding current business processes, defining future-state requirements, managing requirement lifecycles, supporting solution design, leading business validation and UAT activities, and ensuring seamless adoption of the new platform.

Business Process & Requirement Management

•  Able to Understand end-to-end business processes.
•  Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
•  Conduct process studies and identify opportunities for automation and digitisation.
•  Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.
•  Ensure requirements are clearly translated into system functionalities.
•  Participate in solution design discussions.
•  Evaluate business impact of proposed system changes.
•  Collaborate with business and COE teams to deliver solutions.
•  Act as liaison between Business & COE teams.
•  Track project milestones and implementation progress.
•  Prepare executive dashboards and project reports.
•  Monitor post-implementation performance and business adoption.

•  Balancing evolving business expectations with project timelines and system capabilities.
•  Understanding complex legacy system processes and translating them into future-state digital workflows.
•  Ensuring complete business requirement coverage while minimizing customization.
•  Managing UAT execution with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
•  Driving successful adoption of the new platform while maintaining business continuity.
•  Identifying and mitigating process gaps and data migration challenges.

Required Qualifications And Experience


Educational Qualification

•  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline
  
  

Experience

•  3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Management
•  Experience in system implementation or platform migration projects would be an advantage
