Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

- Identify tooling gaps in enterprise AI and agentic architecture — including long-term memory, caching, agent marketplace, and agent registry — and drive solutions to ensure tools and agents perform effectively at scale
- Oversee the full lifecycle — design, development, testing, deployment, and support — of AI software components, including foundation model fine-tuning, large language model inference, guardrails, model evaluation, agent evaluations, governance, and observability
- Architect a scalable semantic and contextual layer, defining the processes and tooling required to establish a unified system of reference for context across all AI systems and agents
- Establish governance frameworks for agentic systems, including policy-as-code enforcement, human-in-the-loop approval patterns for high-risk actions, audit trails, and data handling controls (PII/PHI redaction, retention, encryption) to meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensure robust security posture across all AI platforms and agents, including identity and access management (RBAC/ABAC), secrets management, threat modeling, and adversarial testing to safeguard enterprise systems and data
- Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that accelerate agent development and deployment
- Introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost efficiency, latency, and throughput of large-scale production AI systems
