Position Purpose
The role will drive the strategic planning and execution of the Global Competency Centers (GCC) agenda, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local implementation. Partner with Head GCC and GCC LT to translate insights into actionable strategies, foster cross-functional and cross-site collaboration, and deliver high-impact initiatives. Support GCC Leadership in designing and delivering strategy planning and conducting periodic business reviews for senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Oversee a portfolio of complex projects to achieve operational excellence and advance the GCC productivity priorities and evolution of the GCC operating model.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- GCC Strategy Development:
Lead strategic planning, business case creation, and delivery of impactful business review presentations to senior leadership. Champion initiatives that articulate and amplify the GCC value proposition across internal stakeholders. Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and scalable process improvements in partnership with the GCC Leadership Team and Performance & Analytics function to enhance global efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
Liaise with global and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders across functions and geographies to drive commitment and adoption of strategic initiatives.
Ensure adherence to governance models, risk controls, and compliance standards across GCC operations. Contribute to the development of global compliance frameworks and their local implementation at GCC locations. Support audit readiness and related activities.

Change Management: Ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage complexity in a dynamic environment.
Governance & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management in global operations.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or business management, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- GCC (Global Capability Center) experience is mandatory, with proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive efficiency in a shared services or centralized model.
- Strong finance background with exposure to governance, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional leadership in multinational organizations.
- Expertise in process optimization, stakeholder management, and implementing best practices across global teams.
