Job Title: Senior Manager GCC (Power Platform)
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 13+ years (Preferably - 5+ years in Power Platform and 7+years in GCC market)
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager for GCCs, you will lead strategic growth initiatives focused on
Microsoft Power Platform as primary skillsets and other
BizApps business across India & International markets. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and solutioning. This role demands a deep understanding of Power Platform technologies,
GCC market dynamics, and a strong ability to influence client strategies and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for GCC accounts aligned with Power Platform
- Understand client business needs and tailor Power Platform solutions accordingly
- Ability to structure complex deals and influence client decisions
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing engagements and acquiring new logos
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to enhance offerings and client experience
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key GCC clients across India
- Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing client decisions and long-term strategies
Presales Strategy & Execution
- Develop vertical-specific PreSales strategies for Banking, Oil & Gas & Other Industry Verticals
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and architecture reviews with client stakeholders
- Create reusable solution accelerators, demo environments, and industry-specific templates using Power Platform
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build compelling narratives and technical content
- Mentor PreSales consultants, architects, and industry specialists
- Align with delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover
- Contribute to internal capability building through training, playbooks, and reusable assets
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and business heads to understand strategic priorities and pain points
- Position Power Platform as a digital transformation enabler through tailored solutioning and advisory
- Build long-term relationships with GCC clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving technology roadmaps
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, CoPilot Studio
- Azure Integration: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, Event Grid
- ALM & DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Power Platform Build Tools
- AI & Automation: AI Builder, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing
- D365 skillsets understanding (Optional)
Technical Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in:
Professional Experience
- 12+ years in BD or Presales Or execution, with 10+ years in Power Platform and GCC markets
- Preferably - Solutioning and selling experience to Financial, Energy, and Industry Manufacturing Sectors
- Experience in managing enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or IT
- Exposure to GCC markets and cross-cultural environments
- Experience in managing P&L and budgetary responsibilities will be preferable
