[Job Description]

- Lead global projects or DX projects in financial institution clients, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery

- Prepare and drive the overall Strategic and IT related project plan for the client

- Meet with potential clients in Southeast Asia to determine their needs, negotiate, and acquire deals

- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in Southeast Asia

- Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards

[Requirements]
#Must
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT Consulting industries.

- At least 8 years of experience as a bank officer or a consultant supporting financial institutions.

- Proficient in spoken, written and reading Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 level) is mandatory in order to liaise with the native financial institution for business development activities and for internal/external reporting to the native management team.

- Able to work as an on-site consultant in the financial sector

- Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders

- Effective communication skills, keen attention to details, ability to multitask

- High Proficiency in Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and Excel

- Ability to coordinate meetings, workshops, and facilitation involving external organizations

- Capability to challenge small organizations and project

- Willing to go overseas on business trips

#Preferred
- Obtained degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related disciplines

- Possess working experience in operations planning or systems planning work in a financial institution.
