Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and longrange planning processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into financial targets.
  • Build and refine financial models to support scenario planning and decisionmaking.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Drive improvements in KPIs, margin performance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Management Reporting

  • Own the preparation of monthly business review decks, boardlevel reporting, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks and enhance automation where possible.

Strategic Finance & Decision Support

  • Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, new product evaluation, market expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Conduct ROI analyses, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence for key projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to crossfunctional teams, providing financial guidance and challenge.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Champion best practices in financial processes, systems, and controls.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 69 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Power BI, Alteryx).
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality output under tight timelines.
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
