Job Description
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and longrange planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into financial targets.
- Build and refine financial models to support scenario planning and decisionmaking.
Business Performance & Analytics
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Drive improvements in KPIs, margin performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
Management Reporting
- Own the preparation of monthly business review decks, boardlevel reporting, and executive summaries.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting.
- Standardize reporting frameworks and enhance automation where possible.
Strategic Finance & Decision Support
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, new product evaluation, market expansion, and capital allocation.
- Conduct ROI analyses, investment appraisals, and financial due diligence for key projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to crossfunctional teams, providing financial guidance and challenge.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Champion best practices in financial processes, systems, and controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- 69 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Power BI, Alteryx).
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisionmaking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality output under tight timelines.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
