JOB PURPOSE
Outscale Partners Finance Team based in India works closely with finance teams of operating companies of Argenbright Group in US & Europe.
This role is an integral part of Argenbright's group leading entity, Unifi Services (a $2.1B revenue) Finance organization. Unifi is the largest ground handling & aviation services company in North America. With stations in more than 200 airports, provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. We're looking for a dynamic, high energy finance professional who is open to travel to the US, works closely with Unifi Business and Finance teams, Finance professional shall be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment, agile and must be able to analyse and evaluate complex financial reports.
The role will have direct reporting to Sr. Director FP&A, Unifi USA and a matrix reporting alignment at the Argenbright's global business services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES:
- Lead the corporate finance planning division for Unifi.
- Oversees and creates all corporate reporting for internal management.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the long-range financial model as well as other corporate models.
- Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis.
- Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities including functional spend and impact of initiatives.
- Supports the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast.
- Maintain consistency and quality of support over to the corporate functions.
- Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed data.
- Review and perform monthly reconciliation of legal structure between ERP and One Stream structure.
- Responsible for data loads and rollup into the consolidation system (OS) from ERP and verification of results for the corporate division.
- Assist controller with cash flow forecasting tasks. Collaborate with the team to track cash inflows and outflows.
- Long term planning of cash flows and location of funds within entities
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION
- CA / MBA from a reputed management institution) with 10+ years of financial management/accounting experience is preferred.
- Past experience in working in an MNC or top tier management consulting organization.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of finance principles.
- High technical proficiency in MS-excel, PowerPoint and hands on experience with financial and statistical Finance tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI, databases, SQL, and advanced modelling
- Ability to present financial data using visualization tools, reports and charts.
