Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends affecting financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Has 8+ years of experience in Finance and/or Data Analytics, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrates proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Possesses strong technical proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and SQL.
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable metrics and reports.
  • Experienced in collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making.
