Description
- Develop and manage advanced data models and analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
- Drive data-led financial forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking through structured data sets and automated dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to extract, clean, and analyse large data sets, generating actionable business intelligence.
- Deliver strategic insights leveraging Power BI visualisations and SQL-based analysis to improve operational performance.
- Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems and BI platforms.
- Design and lead interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to enable real-time decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data mining and predictive analytics techniques.
- Mentor team members on analytics tools, data interpretation, and best practices in BI and reporting.
Profile
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar or related field.
- Strong experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with hands-on exposure to tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Working knowledge of FP&A, forecasting, and variance analysis to complement data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience operating within a manufacturing environment, leveraging data to drive operational and commercial insights.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical orientation.
- Proficiency in data modelling, dashboards, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business outcomes through data.
