Key Responsibilities:
. Own end-to-end P&L for the category
. Drive category strategy, growth roadmap, and assortment planning
. Lead vendor partnerships, sourcing, and commercial negotiations
. Optimize inventory, pricing, and sell-through using data insights
. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution and growth
. Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 members
