About the Role:
- Responsible for driving operational excellence, performance, and reliability across the assigned cluster.
- The Cluster Manager will ensure service quality, customer growth, and expansion through effective operations governance, cost optimization, and first-last mile leadership.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable operations, network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic growth of customers within the cluster through superior service and reliability.
- Ensure operational governance, SLA adherence, and end-to-end service quality.
- Oversee FLM partner appointment, manage manpower vendors, cost optimization, and productivity.
- Plan and execute cluster expansion and capacity enhancement.
- Analyse performance data, drive RCA, and implement corrective actions across hubs and branches.
- Collaborate with Zonal and central teams on implementing new initiatives and optimizations
