Muthoot Fincorp Limited is looking for a skilled finance professional for the role of Senior Manager – Financial Reporting. The role involves supporting financial reporting activities, month-end closures, reconciliations, audit coordination, and management reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of financial statements, schedules, and related disclosures.
- Perform General Ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work on Ind AS related reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection of financial data.
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, and regulatory audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.
- Assist in implementation of process improvements and financial controls.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills
- Good knowledge of Ind AS and accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting Direct & Indirect taxation, Accounting, or Finance functions, preferably in NBFC/BFSI sector.
