GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
The Senior Manager Finance for CoGS and product cost planning by Envu supports the value creation by ensuring reliable and efficient steering of CoGS. Lead initiatives to optimize costs and get transparency.
This position plays a key role in the Operational Finance contributing to the strategic decision and operational excellence.
Partner with Supply Chain and Marketing/Business, Accountable for COGS%, Variances and Gross Profit accuracy.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Provide to Global Supply Chain Management and Business Global and Regions the appropriate information in a timely manner to steer the business, by ensuring the availability of COGS, Variances, overhead costs and Gross profit information. Contribute to the Group monthly reporting with Cogs, Variances and Gross profit presentation and analysis
- Master world-wide COGS consistency and transparency, using MS D365 and Power BI, by analyzing monthly results for the Envu COGS compared to budget, forecast and previous year.
- Warning the supply chain regions controllers and countries in case of issues or errors on COGS, Variances. Coordination and follow up on issues solving and corrections if needed
- Ensure the monthly closing accruals, corrections and bookings to get to accurate GP results for the Group
- Propose and follow-up of action plans for Products costs: tolling, material supply and overhead costs improvements
- Ensure Responsible for COGS estimates calculation for innovation projects and new products.
- Support the calculation of Business Cases with Cogs to support the Supply Chain and Marketing Business choices
- Organize/ contribute to the Envu Budget and Forecast process for Cost of Goods traded and subcontracted and for variances by supporting defining rules
- Contribute to the operational finance activities related to the Envu Group's mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure up-to-date compliant and detailed Product cost Management Process documentation
- Support the Integrated and local standard cost questions, presentations and documentation for internal and external audits purposes
- Train and support Envu Business/Supply Chain Region teams to improve their financial skills and sensitivity regarding COGS and variances.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- 10+ years relevant experience in accounting and finance
- 5+ in a team leadership role
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of the accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Professional qualifications like a chartered accountant from ICAI, CMA
- Proactive approach to conflict resolution, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and effectively while upholding company standards and policies.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with D365 system is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and proven track record in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up to resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English — essential for communication with global teams, system use, documentation, and vendor interactions
