We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager – Finance to lead the finance function in a fast-growing startup environment. The role will focus on financial planning, P&L management, fundraising support, business finance, and building scalable financial processes.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.


• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.


• Monitor cash flow, runway, and financial performance metrics.


• Partner with leadership on strategic and commercial decisions.


• Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and compliance.


• Build and improve finance processes, controls, and reporting systems.


• Develop financial models and business insights for growth planning.

• CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.


• 6–10+ years of finance experience, including experience in startups or high-growth companies.


• Strong experience in P&L management and financial planning.


• Prior exposure to fundraising, investor management, and financial modelling.


• Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, and taxation.


• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based startups.


• Exposure to international operations and multi-entity structures.


• Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ownership-driven and proactive mindset.


• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.


• Ability to balance strategy with execution in a scaling startup environment.
