Designation : Senior Manager - Finance

Job Responsibilities

  • Monthly revenue reporting for the Dineout marketplace and New initiatives business and preparation of financial statement numbers for revenue, receivables, provisions, and related disclosures.
  • Review of monthly MIS with respect to the above items and discussing the same with business and business finance teams as required.
  • Periodic analysis and reporting of AR (Accounts Receivable) and provisioning based on internal policies. Managing the working capital of Swiggy Sports entity collaborating the Business team.
  • Co-ordinate/collaborate with Product team and the Business team to automate Revenue processes and set up Finance SOPs.
  • Assist the tax team (direct as well as indirect) in the finalization of revenue numbers.
  • Leading the audit (internal as well as statutory), ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting), management testing of ICFR, and due diligence with respect to revenue.
  • Develop and implement SOPs/controls for various revenue-related processes to ensure book closure with utmost accuracy and efficiency, as well as bringing activities preceding data preparation and post-accounting under the SOPs/controls as and when required.
  • Overlooking preparation of various ARDs and taking relevant steps to resolve anomalies wherever identified.

Desired Candidate:

  • Qualification: Must have a CA qualification with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or audit.
  • Background: Any experience with the Big4 audit department or handling similar functions at any startup/new company will be an added advantage.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to multitask based on task prioritization and pay high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, AR-related reporting, and MIS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Well-versed in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Exposure to handling large volumes
