About the Team

The Finance Controllership team at Navi is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. The team manages day-to-day accounting operations, monitors financial health, and drives initiatives to enhance financial performance and transparency.


About the Role

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead core financial operations and reporting in a regulated NBFC environment. It involves managing statutory compliance, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.   • nsReview and present Monthly MIS in an accurate and timely manne
  • r.Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective action
  • s.Drive quarterly statutory financial reporting and financials results as per SEBI/RBI guideline
  • s.Collaborate with cross-functional team
  • s Manage and mentor 3-4 team member
  • s.Ensure compliance with Ind AS, financial regulations and policie
  • s.Analyze financial data, trends and performance to provide meaningful insights and recommendati
  • onReview accounting for borrowings, investments and loan
  • s.Own RBI return filings and ad hoc information sharing with RBI as and when requir
  • edCoordinate and oversee internal and external audit
  • s.Preparation of data and information for audit/board meetin
