Senior Manager Finance Accounting

Role Summary:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading all financial operations of the organization, ensuring robust financial planning, control, compliance, and analysis to support the company's infrastructure projects and strategic growth. This role requires a strong understanding of project-based finance, handling large capex, interfacing with government contracts (e.g. Indian Railways, NHAI, etc.), and optimizing financial performance across manufacturing, construction, and installation operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance is highly preferred.

• Experience: Above 8 years in finance roles, highly preferred with minimum 3-5 years at a senior/leadership level in construction, heavy engineering, infrastructure or manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of financial accounting standards (Ind AS), tax regulations, audit practices.

• Strong analytical & financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel and financial tools

• Good understanding of government contracts, tendering, certifications (RDSO etc.), cost escalations, material price volatility.
