The Senior Manager Finance Account will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts, analyzing financial data, and strategizing solutions to drive business performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli, focusing on budget management, revenue forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves leading finance teams, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and liaising with clients to ensure high standards of accounting and financial management.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management to ensure satisfaction and effective communication
• Proficiency in Sales management to contribute to strategic growth and revenue generation
• Proven Team Management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and oversee finance teams effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, combined with strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the industrial manufacturing or engineering sector is an advantage
