Job Description :

1.Sales Training and Development:

Developing and delivering sales training programs based on identified performance gaps.

Coaching and mentoring representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments

2.Sales Force Coaching and Feedback:

Providing On the Job training and regular feedback to representatives

Ensure in clinic effectiveness

Identifying individual strengths and development areas for targeted coaching.

3. Sales Process Improvement:

Evaluating current sales processes and identifying areas for optimization.

Designing and implementing new sales methodologies, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.

Streamlining workflows and improving sales force efficiency.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Custodian of SFA, managing Lead Squared team to ensuring adherence

Gathering and analyzing sales data from Lead Squared and other sources.

Identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness.

Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights to sales leadership.

5.Territory Management:

Analyzing market data to optimize sales territory assignments.

Adjusting territory boundaries to ensure equitable workload and maximize sales potential.

6.Sales Incentive Design:

Developing and implementing sales incentive plans to motivate sales teams and achieve sales goals.

7.Sales Incentive Design:

Working closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Communicating sales insights to other departments to inform business decisions.
