About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with strong expertise in:

End-to-End Accounting

IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS Reporting

Financial Statement Preparation & Consolidation

AP/AR Management & Month-End Close

Indian & US Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, IRS Compliance)

SOX Compliance & Internal Controls

Statutory & Regulatory Reporting

Audit Management & Audit Readiness

FP&A, Variance Analysis & Strategic Finance

This role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial governance, performance management, compliance, and business decision-making across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting under IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS

Lead Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Closures

Manage Financial Consolidation & Intercompany Accounting

Oversee AP/AR Operations & Cash Flow Management

Drive Tax Compliance across India & US Jurisdictions

Lead Internal & External Audits

Implement and Strengthen SOX & Internal Control Frameworks

Provide Financial Insights, Forecasting & Business Performance Analysis

Mentor and Develop High-Performing Finance Teams

Qualifications

CA Qualified/ CA Semi or finalist (Dropout) / CMA/ CPA / MBA - Qualified (Finance)

8-15 Years of Finance & Accounting Experience post qualification with exposure to global & domestic stakeholder management

Strong people management and leadership experience, with the ability to build, guide, and retain successful teams.

Strong Exposure to US Accounting, Indian Accounting, SEC Reporting & Financial Consolidation

Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks

Excellent Stakeholder Management and Leadership Skills
