Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Business Expansion to lead franchising and expansion initiatives in the K12 education sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development expertise, franchise management experience, and the ability to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies for lead generation
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare DPRs for potential franchise investors
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage franchise negotiations, agreement signing, onboarding, and expansion processes
  • Provide operational guidance and support to franchisees
  • Monitor franchise performance, compliance, and operational standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless franchise support
  • Conduct competitor analysis and prepare business analytics reports

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in K12 school franchising, expansion, or business development
  • Experience in Asset Light Models / Built-to-Suit models will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability
  • Experience in the education or training industry preferred
  • Knowledge of franchising regulations and compliance standards

Key Skills:

  • Experience with franchise management software/tools
  • Familiarity with pre-launch franchise onboarding formalities
  • Experience in a similar industry or sector
