Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Translate COBOL batch logic into modular Java components.
• Develop cloud-ready microservices for EFT batch processing.
• Handle file-based input/output workflows using modern APIs or cloud storage.
• Collaborate with QA and mainframe SMEs to validate business logic.
• Integrate with databases and message queues (Kafka/SQS) as needed.

Required Skills:

• 5+ Years of experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate
• Strong understanding of batch workflows, file parsing, scheduled jobs
• Hands-on experience/Knowledge with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Git, REST, JSON/XML

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of banking/EFT file formats (NACHA, ISO 20022)
• Experience working on COBOL Mainframe Java modernization projects
• Familiarity with EFT batch flows or banking file standards (e.g., NACHA, ISO 20022)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker)
