About the Role
We are looking for a high-stakes, data-driven Senior Manager, Events to lead the end-to-end event strategy for our dual brands: Lemonn (Equity) and CoinSwitch (Crypto).
You will be the architect of a high-performance acquisition engine. Your mission is to design, execute, and optimize events that don't just engage audiences but actively convert attendees into high-value traders.
As the sole owner of the events vertical, you will bridge the gap between physical/virtual experiences and hard business metrics. You will be responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of active traders and ensuring their lifetime value (LTV) grows through strategic post-event intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Execution
- Owned & Partner Events: Own the full lifecycle (planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution) for proprietary events and third-party sponsorships/partnerships for both brands.
- Pipeline Management: Design event flows specifically engineered to move prospects through the funnel from awareness to KYC and first trade.
- Brand Synergy: Manage the distinct identities of Lemonn and CoinSwitch, ensuring events resonate with both equity investors and crypto enthusiasts.
2. Conversion & Growth
- Trader Onboarding: Meet aggressive monthly targets for new user acquisition and KYC completions directly attributed to events.
- Value Optimization: Develop strategies to increase the Average Trading Value (ATV) of users onboarded via the events channel.
- Post-Event Retention: Work with the growth team to ensure event leads don't go cold, using targeted activations to keep them trading.
3. Data & Analytics
- Data Ownership: You are the Data Custodian for the events vertical. You will track, analyze, and report on ROI, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversion cohorts.
- Optimization: Use data-driven insights to pivot strategies, selecting event types and locations that yield the highest quality traders.
Who You Are:
- A Dual-Market Trader: You don't just know the jargon; you live it. You have an active portfolio in both Equity and Crypto. You understand the psychology, the pain points, and the high of a successful trade.
- A Growth Architect: You view events as a performance marketing channel, not a branding exercise.
- An End-to-End Operator: You are equally comfortable negotiating with global vendors as you are analyzing conversion spreadsheets.
- A Solo Powerhouse: You are capable of owning the entire function, from the big-picture strategy to the granular data optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in event management, growth marketing, or business development ideally within the Fintech or Web3 space.
- Market Fluency: Deep understanding of the Indian stock market (NSE/BSE) and the global/local crypto ecosystem.
- The Trader Edge: Proven ability to speak the language of professional and retail traders fluently.
