Key Responsibilities
- Drivesponsorship revenuefor assigned events by acquiring new brand partners
- Createcustomized sponsorship proposalsaligned with brand objectives
- Identify and approach potential sponsors across categories (Auto, FMCG, Alcobev, BFSI, Tech, Luxury, etc.)
- Conductclient meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Close high-value sponsorship deals and ensure revenue targets are met
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless sponsor integration
- Manageend-to-end sponsor lifecycle from pitch to execution to post-event reporting
- Ensure sponsor deliverables, branding, and integrations are executed as per commitment
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, event marketeers, and brand decision-makers
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive events, and sponsorship innovations

- Strong understanding ofevent sponsorships & brand integrations
- Proven track record inB2B sales / sponsorship sales
- Excellentpresentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to sellhigh-value, customized solutions
- Strong network with agencies and brand marketers (preferred)
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- MBA or specialized sales certification is a plus
