Job Description

Experience

510 years (Event sponsorships, brand partnerships, media sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drivesponsorship revenuefor assigned events by acquiring new brand partners
  • Createcustomized sponsorship proposalsaligned with brand objectives
  • Identify and approach potential sponsors across categories (Auto, FMCG, Alcobev, BFSI, Tech, Luxury, etc.)
  • Conductclient meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Close high-value sponsorship deals and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless sponsor integration
  • Manageend-to-end sponsor lifecycle from pitch to execution to post-event reporting
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables, branding, and integrations are executed as per commitment
  • Build strong relationships with CMOs, event marketeers, and brand decision-makers
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive events, and sponsorship innovations

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding ofevent sponsorships & brand integrations
  • Proven track record inB2B sales / sponsorship sales
  • Excellentpresentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to sellhigh-value, customized solutions
  • Strong network with agencies and brand marketers (preferred)
  • Strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
  • MBA or specialized sales certification is a plus
