Key Responsibilities:
Execution Planning
- Plan resources and facilities in coordination with the Factory Head to meet business objectives (SQPDCME).
- Drive plant initiatives such as TQM deployment and WCQ sustenance according to the plant roadmap.
Production Management
- Monitor production requirements and ensure delivery as per plan with optimal cost efficiency.
- Review production of critical models and requirements.
- Ensure new model launches are executed as per project timelines.
Quality Management
- Review product and process quality to ensure adherence to set quality parameters.
- Ensure first-time-right production and customer satisfaction.
Cost Management
- Monitor and control factory cost parameters to achieve operational efficiency.
Employee Involvement and Capability Building
- Develop employee capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with teams to drive engagement and performance.
