Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Equity Sales, based in Kolkata. The Senior Manager will be responsible for Client acquisition, managing client relationships by providing wealth solutions through our investment and broking products, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing market trends. Key responsibilities will include driving revenue generation, advising clients on equity investments, executing portfolio management strategies, and staying updated on market developments and regulations. The role will require proactive collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise in Equities and Wealth Products with a strong customer base & a solid understanding of financial markets and portfolio management
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend evaluation and investment decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills for building and managing client relationships
- Proven ability to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Experience in managing high-value client portfolios and delivering tailored financial solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and stock market operations
- Demonstrated track record of successful team collaboration and leadership
