Hiring: Senior Manager – Technology Consulting (EPM / Anaplan)

Location: Gurugram | Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Experience: 12+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Technology Consulting to lead Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation and implementation programs for large clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Anaplan or other EPM platforms, along with proven expertise in end-to-end implementation, client management, team leadership, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from requirement gathering and solution design through deployment and go-live.
Drive Anaplan-led EPM solutions; experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, or Tagetik is also considered.
Manage relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
Lead multiple workstreams and ensure delivery quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
Translate business requirements around FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting into scalable EPM solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and Consultants within the EPM practice.
Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.
Support business development and identify opportunities for EPM transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise applications.
At least 2 end-to-end EPM implementations.
Strong Anaplan experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Experience working with Big 4 / Tier-1 consulting firms is preferred.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience.
Experience managing large or multi-workstream transformation programs.
