Role Summary
We are seeking a strong Senior Manager – EPM Delivery Lead to lead large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) programs and serve as the primary delivery owner for business stakeholders, leadership teams, and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will be a proven delivery leader with exceptional stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and program governance skills. Experience with Oracle EPM, Finance transformation, Data Engineering, or related enterprise platforms is preferred but not mandatory. The primary focus is on delivery leadership, execution excellence, and business partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM programs, ensuring commitments are met on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and business leadership teams to understand priorities and drive successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Drive program governance, issue resolution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Provide weekly executive status reporting, including delivery progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish strong accountability across business, vendor, and engineering teams.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level discussions.
- Ensure delivery processes, testing, release management, and change management practices are effectively executed.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Ability to challenge and influence business and vendor teams when needed.
- Excellent program management, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to drive accountability and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
- Strong leadership presence with an ownership mindset.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, program governance, and vendor management.
- Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving multiple teams and external partners
