This team works with people across our various functions & businesses globally to drive our enterprise initiatives to enable business outcomes, performance, and transformation. You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will be shaping and executing their business transformation agendas. You will help them navigate their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, enterprise transformation and innovation, global operating models, sustainability, value management, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assess business landscape to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Analyze complex problems and provide actionable recommendations. Translate recommendations into practical plans. Build credibility with senior stakeholders through strong results and communication. Plan, deliver, and report on program activities in coordination with the project team. Create and implement action plans. Manage stakeholders for smooth project delivery, including third parties. Apply or adapt transformation methodologies as needed. Oversee business readiness for timely implementation. Engage relevant program partners. Guide teams in choosing suitable technology and frameworks. Identify and mitigate project risks. Address issues impacting timelines or outcomes. Conduct governance reviews and ensure quality. n structured work transitions with the GCC. Oversee end-to-end transition programs aligned with enterprise goals. Develop and execute tailored transition strategies and plans. Conduct due diligence to assess transition risks and opportunities. Work with global stakeholders on scope, SLAs, KPIs, and governance. Lead cross-functional teams for seamless transitions. Set up and manage governance and reporting mechanisms. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness. Drive change management and stakeholder communications. Monitor performance post-transition and support ongoing improvements Required Skills & qualifications: 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's Degree required MBA from Tier 1 preferred Prior consulting MBB or Big-4 with global transformation experience is highly desirable Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams Expertise in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management, (e.g., persuading and influencing skills) Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective. Consulting mindset with impactful storylining and presentation skills Comfortable working in a matrix hybrid environment, dealing with ambiguity Flexible to work in different time zones, as per business needs Prior experience in Transition and leading few of the below activities preferred Supporting the transition lead in planning and overseeing the transfer of members from one location to another, including but not limited operational readiness, support documentation, knowledge transfer and acceptance checklists Support in establishing transition E2E plans including infrastructure support models, change management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource planning and service management with clear tollgates Promote awareness of transition planning and support process within the GCC as well as wider GSK Work directly with external contractors on a day-to-day basis to support the transition process during set-up of the GCC Proven experience in managing large-scale transitions across geographies and functions. Strong understanding of GCC models, shared services, and outsourcing frameworks. Expertise in transition methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in setting up or scaling GCCs in India or other global hubs.
