Job Description

Neokred is a FinTech company based in Bangalore and an ISO 9001 | 27001, 27701 & 20000-1 certified firm in Information and Data security. The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as issuance of co- branded cards, facilitating lending, and virtual bank accounts and KYC for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.

BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales with proven experience in the payments and fintech domain, specifically across payment gateways, payment aggregators, and account aggregator ecosystems. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales track record, deep relationships across industries, and demonstrated ability to self- onboard a minimum of 10 clients per month with a cumulative GMV of at least 100+ crore per month.

What will you be doing here

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, creating a targeted list, building rapport, and scheduling meetings to foster relationships.
  • Managing organisational sales by developing detailed business plans that outline sales objectives, revenue goals, and expense management strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in terms of client acquisition and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
  • Conducting 15 in-person meetings with prospective clients each month and submitting comprehensive meeting reports
  • Identifying and exploring new market opportunities to expand sales and increase the visibility of the organisation and its products.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of ideal customer profiles and ensuring alignment with our product offerings.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network, build relationships, and promote the brand.
  • Crafting and delivering customised quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Setting clear and achievable goals for the development team and the company's growth, and ensuring those objectives are consistently met.

Whom are we looking for

  • 510years of experience in fintech, specifically in payment gateways, payment aggregators, or account aggregator platforms.
  • Proven track record of individually onboarding 10+ merchants per month with minimum GMV delivery of 100 crore/month.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies: UPI, cards, net banking, payouts, recurring payments, APIs, SDKs, risk controls, settlement processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Existing network and relationships with CXOs, product heads, and decision-makers across industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
