Role Overview
As a Senior Manager Enterprise Sales, you will own and drive enterprise sales for large organizations (5,000+ employees). This role is ideal for a high-energy sales leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building both revenue and teams from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, demos, follow-ups, proposals, pricing negotiations, and closures
- Identify and engage key TA & HR stakeholders using platforms like LinkedIn and Fundoodata
- Consistently set up and conduct high-quality meetings and product demos
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Partner with leadership to shape long-term business and go-to-market strategy
- Provide strategic inputs on product, positioning, and distribution
- Represent Superset through webinars, presentations, and enterprise discussions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience selling technology/SaaS solutions to TA or HR leaders in large enterprises
- Proven team leadership experience (hiring, mentoring, target ownership)
- Strong target orientation with a passion for performance-driven incentives
- Startup mindset: ownership, agility, resilience, and bias for action
- High energy, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
