Key Responsibilities:
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Oversee the ideation, evaluation, and implementation of new ideas to drive business growth and operational excellence
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by deploying methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative solutions to business challenges
Best Practice & Cultural Transformation
- Establish and govern a best practice sharing program to disseminate knowledge and standardize successful processes across the organization
- Act as a change agent, inspiring and influencing employees at all levels to embrace a mindset of excellence and collaboration
- Benchmark our processes and performance against leading companies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement recognition programs to celebrate and reward innovative thinking and best practice adoption
Knowledge Management
- Design, build, and govern a centralized Knowledge Management (KM) system to serve as a single source of truth for all functional processes and best practices
- Establish clear governance for the KM system, including content creation, curation, review, and archival processes
- Promote the adoption and utilization of the KM system across the organization to enhance knowledge sharing and employee effectiveness
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the KM system to meet the evolving needs of the business
Strategic Initiatives
- Manage and program-manage enterprise-wide strategic initiatives related to innovation and business excellence
- Collaborate with senior management to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation and knowledge management
- Prepare and present regular updates to the management team on the progress and impact of your initiatives
