Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Ensure the organization technology strategy supports and aligns with its overarching business objectives and goals.
Technology Assessment: Analyze existing systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for modernization, improvement, and innovation leveraging cloud and emerging technologies,
Architecture Design: Develop and maintain strategic IT architecture blueprints, guiding the organization's technology evolution.
App modernization: architecting cloud native, microservices based, scalable & reliable solution for modernizing legacy applications, application rationalization and transformation
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce costs through technology and automation
Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and various department stakeholders to understand needs and ensure buy-in for new technology initiatives.
Future-Proofing: Stay informed on emerging technology trends and evaluate how they can benefit the organization to build scalable, future-ready systems.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure technology solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Desing authority :
Overseeing the design and implementation of technology and infrastructure, including hardware, software and network systems
Ensuring that all technology solutions align with industry best practices, prescribed standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitoring the performance of technology and data systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending and implementing necessary changes
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Leadership: Ability to take charge of large-scale technology initiatives and influence others to adopt new systems and processes.
Functional domain - Oil and gas, Retail and manufacturing
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of various technologies, including cloud computing, databases, software engineering ( Cloud native, microservices, K8S) , data management, and networks.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dissect complex systems and processes to identify issues and formulate effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations and goals to ensure technology serves business needs effectively.
Presales : Creating technical solution architecture, migration strategy & approaches for RFP response, client presentation, business value articulation and ROI modeling
