Job Description

Join us as an Assistant Manager leading technical teams that deliver complex projects across digital, electrical, mechanical, and multi-system integration domains. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while shaping technical solutions from tender to delivery.

What will you do

  • Manage technical teams of design engineers and execution specialists, ensuring projects meet cost, time, and quality objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end technical solutions, from capturing customer needs to implementing optimized proposals and managing risk
  • Direct resource allocation and competency development to support business goals and project demands
  • Champion collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
