As a Senior Manager - Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture through strategic initiatives and hands-on management of employee relations. 💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
  • Own and execute projects related to Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Manage rewards & recognition, performance management, and attrition management.
  • Foster employee satisfaction through various initiatives and support activities.
  • Resolve conflict situations effectively and maintain positive relationships across teams.
  • Conduct investigations and drive resolutions with a focus on fairness and consistency.
  • Collaborate with leadership at multiple levels to maintain a positive workplace environment.

🎯 What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 13+ years in HRBP or fields like Employee Relations, Talent Engagement, Talent Management, People & Culture.
  • Proven track record of handling conflict management, grievance management, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills to engage with leadership across all levels.
  • High energy, passion, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Behavioral Qualities: Integrity, active listening, influence, and persuasion skills.

📚 Qualifications:

  • Preferred: MBA/MSW in HR, PGDM (Specialization in HR).
  • Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift).
