Job Purpose:
The role is responsible to research & suggest methodologies to improve employee engagement across the organization. Ensure the engagement framework and calendar is adhered and tracked by working with the regions pan India. Also, works with leaders and managers to create a positive work environment, providing employees with opportunities for collaboration through activities such as sports, festivities, external events etc making this a Great Place To Work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement employee engagement programs e.g. Birthdays, Festivals & Celebration Calendar, Employee Connects, CEO / Leadership interactions, Thematic Engagement Campaigns (values, wellbeing, inclusion, fun at work) activities effectively
- Organize and engage with senior employees for various employee connects pan India
- Track and adhere to the annual budget on engagement, rewards and recognition and various initiatives
- Benchmarking internal processes against best practices in the industry and align internal processes accordingly
- Create proactive plans for successful completion of engagement events
- Track the outcome and queries of various Employee Connects pan India
- End-to-end Long Service Award (LSA) programs, including eligibility tracking and communication
- Coordinating campus recruitment activities and engaging them during the pre-onboarding stage
- Partner with HRBPs, Admin, Marketing, Corporate Communication and business leaders for seamless execution
- Manage external vendors, partners and event agencies to ensure quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in Employee Engagement and preferably from Banking/NBFC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with partners and colleagues.
- Experience with engagement surveys, vendor coordination and budget management
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills with high ownership
- Creative thinking with rigour in execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
