Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager Ecommerce for a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing our ecommerce operations, developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving sales growth. The role requires managing teams, ensuring seamless online store functionality, optimizing user experience, implementing effective promotional campaigns, and leading strong inventory planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.

• Experience in team leadership, operational planning, and performance management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail sector is a plus.
