Job Description

La Pinkis a new-age beauty brand founded in the year 2023to provide the purest of products forconsumers 100%microplastic-freeskincare formulationsfor the first time in India!

If you are passionate about growing sales viamarketplaces & quickcommerce to meet overarching company goals, support our ambitious growth plans and scale up ecommerce business for a fast-growing D2C brand, we would love to have a conversation with you!

An ideal candidate wouldbe someone who isexperienced in handling ecommerce businesses end to end across all major ecommerce portals and can deliver strong revenue growth in line with monthly & annual business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies acrossAmazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other platforms
  • Plan andoptimizemarketplace advertisingto drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS
  • Ownsales forecasting, monthly/quarterly targets, and platform-wise growth
  • ManageP&L, budgeting, trade spends, and profitabilityacross marketplaces
  • Build strong relationships withmarketplace account managersand negotiate promotions, visibility, and deals
  • Analyzemarket trends, competition, and consumer behaviortoidentifygrowth opportunities
  • Lead and manage thee-commerce teamand streamline internal processes
  • Overseeinventory planning (FBA/FBF), replenishment, and aging stock management
  • Monitorratings, reviews, and customer issuesto improve overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing forcontent, campaigns, and product promotions.

Experience & Skills

  • 57 yearsof marketplace e-commerce experience (preferably beauty/cosmetics or D2C brands)
  • Strong understanding ofmarketplace ads and performance metrics
  • Experience inP&L management and sales planning
  • Goodnegotiation and vendor managementskills
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicationand team management abilities
