About the Role
As part of our continued growth across Asia Pacific, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital, APAC to lead the development and expansion of JOOLA's digital sales channels across the region.
The Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital, APAC will lead JOOLA's regional digital channel strategy and commercial execution across Brand.com, mobile applications and key marketplace platforms, while building scalable digital capabilities to support the company's long-term growth ambitions across APAC.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Global Digital teams, this role will be responsible for growing digital revenue, improving channel profitability, strengthening digital trading performance and delivering a consistent omnichannel consumer experience across APAC.
As one of the regional Commercial channel leads, you will help build the foundations for JOOLA's digital commerce capability across APAC, from channel strategy and operating models to marketplace execution, performance marketing, analytics and regional project delivery.
