Senior Manager, eCommerce

We are looking for a Senior Manager, eCommerce to lead and grow the eCommerce business for a global, digital-first consumer brand with a strong direct-to-consumer model.

What You'll Do

• Own eCommerce performance, including revenue, conversion, AOV and key commercial KPIs.
• Set the eCommerce trading strategy across campaigns, launches, promotions and key trading periods.
• Use customer, funnel and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Technology to drive commercial priorities.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews and commercial planning.
• Build strong operating rhythms and accountability within the eCommerce team.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of eCommerce or digital commerce experience, ideally in a DTC or digital-first consumer business.
• Proven experience owning eCommerce revenue targets and delivering growth.
• Strong commercial judgment with a deep understanding of conversion, merchandising and digital trading.
• Highly analytical and able to turn data into clear business decisions and actions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating with ownership, pace and ambiguity.
