Key Deliverables:
- Drive aggressive new business acquisition (hunting role) across telecom accounts in India
- Identify, pursue, and close large deals with SIs, NEPs, Telecom Operators, Enterprises, and PSUs (BSNL, TCIL, RailTel etc.)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal closures and revenue growth
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position EEPL's Telecom solutions and services
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle – from opportunity identification to closure and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams for solutioning, bid management, and proposal submissions
- Leverage strong industry connects to open new doors and expand EEPL footprint
- Track market trends, competition, and opportunities within the Indian telecom landscape
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of core sales experience in Telecom/IT services with strong focus on hunting roles
- Proven track record in closing large deals in telecom domain
- Strong connects across SIs, NEPs, Telecom Operators, Enterprise customers, and PSUs
- Deep understanding of Telecom ecosystem (OSS/BSS, Core, IMS, Telecom NW, Managed Services, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in RFP/RFQ processes, commercial structuring, and deal closures
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to operate in a high-pressure sales environment
Good to have:
- Experience working with large SIs, NEPs etc with proven capabilities of closing large telecom deals
- Exposure to global/overseas sales markets will be an added advantage
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred
