• Drive client KPIs across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty, and Fashion by working with the ad operations team.
• Provide strategic direction and refine campaign plans aligned with client goals before presenting to clients.
• Finalize advertising plans with client input and mutual alignment based on objectives and KPIs.
• Guide the AdOps team in campaign structuring, targeting, creatives, betas, and other advertising facets according to client goals.
• Promote use of automation and technology for reporting with the AdOps team.
• Build, monitor, and maintain digital advertising budgets and track success metrics.
• Oversee regular and ad‑hoc analysis of digital activity for client reporting.
• Ensure quality and depth of insights from the AdOps team.
• Understand client briefs holistically to identify gaps and opportunities for scaling revenue or building campaign efficiencies.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts and review performance through regular team scrums.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape relevant to assigned clients.
• Showcase business growth during monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly, and annual business review meetings with clients.
• Responsible for team growth, development planning, and personal development programs for subordinates.
