Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Field Sales (SaaS / B2B Solutions)

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: SaaS / B2B Tech Solutions

Experience: 10+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales (preferably SaaS / Tech / Digital Platforms)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – Field Sales to lead and scale our B2B SaaS sales business. The role involves owning regional revenue, building and managing high-performance field sales teams, driving enterprise & mid-market closures, and establishing strong CXO-level relationships.

This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and managed large field sales teams and driven consistent revenue growth in solution selling environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own regional / zonal revenue targets for SaaS and digital products
  • Build, lead, and scale a team of Field Sales Managers and Executives
  • Drive enterprise, mid-market, and strategic account acquisition
  • Personally manage and close large / strategic deals
  • Set up sales processes, review mechanisms, and performance governance
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the region
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships with customers and partners
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
  • Coach, mentor, and develop next-line leaders within the sales organization

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS / IT / Digital Solutions
  • At least 4–5 years in a people leadership role managing field sales teams
  • Strong experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and long sales cycles
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and building sales teams
  • Experience selling to Enterprises, Hospitals,Doctors
  • Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal closures
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM and dashboards
