How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Lead day-to-day operations across the Ahmedabad (AMD) and Bengaluru (BLR) offices and broader global practice teams, ensuring consistency in execution standards, operational discipline, and team alignment across locations.
- Partner with practice leaders and engagement teams to ensure work is appropriately planned, staffed, tracked, and delivered on schedule, irrespective of location.
- Own resource planning, utilization management, staffing coordination, and operational reporting to support business priorities and maximize operational effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain operational processes, governance standards, and reporting mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution consistency across the practice.
- Monitor delivery performance, identify operational risks, and drive resolution of staffing, scheduling, and execution challenges.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across practice, driving communication, alignment, and accountability among stakeholders and practice leaders.
- Own key global practice operations activities, including data integrity, compliance follow-through, agreements administration, and execution of organizational priorities.
- Partner with practice leaders globally to drive strategic initiatives and operational commitments, influencing outcomes across teams without direct reporting authority.
- Mentor and develop team members while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the Digital Advisory practice.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience with Graduation /Post graduation
- Proven experience in practice administration or operations management.
- Strong organizational and resource management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior exposure to agreements and operational compliance is an advantage.
- Experience managing diverse teams in a consulting or services environment.
- Demonstrated track record of developing team members into more senior roles, not simply managing headcount.
- Leadership style that measurably reduces team friction and turnover, with authority earned through capability and presence rather than tenure or title alone.
