What The Day Will Look Like
- Digital performance strategy and analytics leadership
- Define and own the digital performance and insights agenda aligned to Strategic Marketing and business priorities.
- Translate marketing and business questions into structured analysis and reporting requirements, focusing on measurable impact.
- Partner with MarComms and Sales Enablement stakeholders to ensure insights lead to clear decisions and actions, not just reporting.
- Website / SEO performance and optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting on business-priority content (e.g., SEO performance, user journey behavior, conversions) and identify opportunities for content and UX improvements.
- Work with digital, content, and SEO partners to prioritize and test enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Dashboards, reporting, and insights activation
- Own and continuously improve core digital marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and narratives from dashboards and reports to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Data management and governance
- Establish and enforce data quality and QA processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of marketing performance data.
- Champion best practices in marketing data management, documentation, and governance.
- AI, advanced analytics, and scalable insights
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to scale insights (e.g., predictive performance, segmentation, personalization, content recommendations).
- Design and deploy repeatable analytical frameworks and models that support always-on optimization (e.g., funnel analysis, attribution approaches, audience and channel performance).
- Partner with broader analytics and technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Stakeholder partnership and operating model
- Operate as an embedded digital performance partner to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing leaders.
- Maintain clear boundaries between insights/analysis and execution activities, ensuring handoffs to campaign, content, and digital execution teams are well-governed and documented.
- Build strong working relationships with regional and functional marketing teams to standardize measurement approaches and share best practices globally.
- Continuous improvement and capability building
- Proactively identify gaps in digital performance measurement and recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and skills.
- Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and best-practice guides to elevate digital performance literacy across the marketing organization.
- Monitor emerging trends in digital analytics, martech, and AI, and recommend innovations that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/ marketing / data analytic or a related field
- With 5-10 years experience in digital performance, CRM, data management, ideally from financial services industries.
- Proven record of using CRM strategies and data insights to drive customer engagement and incremental revenue.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
- With up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest digital marketing and marketing technology trends, including innovations in data marketing, automation platforms, and emerging social media channels, etc.
- Self‑motivated and resourceful, able to work independently while contributing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across the team.
