  • Lead endtoend digital product management across the lifecycle - from customer problem discovery, requirement definition, PRD creation, sprint planning, and crossfunctional alignment through to launch, adoption, and iterative enhancement, ensuring each release delivers measurable business value.
  • Map, analyze, and continuously optimize customer journeys by identifying friction points, running funnel diagnostics, leveraging customer insights/data, and partnering with design/engineering to deliver smoother, faster, and more intuitive digital experiences across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and retention touchpoints. Leverage AI-driven funnel analytics, propensity modeling, and real-time personalization to enhance conversion and engagement.
  • Translate business goals into a clear product strategy and actionable OKRs, ensuring roadmap prioritization reflects strategic objectives, regulatory considerations, and customer impact consistently track progress and recalibrate based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Champion datadriven decisionmaking by defining KPIs, building dashboards with analytics teams, running A/B tests and experiments, and using quantitative + qualitative insights to guide prioritization, reduce biases, and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Craft compelling CXO/Boardlevel narratives-insightled, visually crisp presentations that simplify complex data, highlight tradeoffs, and influence strategic decisions ensure senior leadership has a clear line of sight into business impact, risks, and future opportunities. Clearly articulate ROI, risk implications, scalability potential, and ethical considerations of AI initiatives.
  • Run structured postlaunch iteration cadences including VOC synthesis, cohort analysis, defect/FTNR review, NPS insights, and performance tracking to continuously refine the product and strengthen adoption, engagement, and unit economics.
  • Benchmark market, competition, and industry trends to identify whitespace opportunities, emerging best practices, regulatory shifts, and differentiators translate insights into forwardlooking recommendations feeding directly into product and digital & AI strategy.
  • Rolemodel agile ways of working by driving clarity in problem statements, fostering crossfunctional collaboration, facilitating sprint ceremonies, instilling a culture of rapid experimentation, and enabling teams to deliver iteratively with high accountability and transparency.

Must-have Requirements

- 6+ years relevant experience, preferably from consulting/ Reputed consulting Firms

- Proven product lifecycle exposure

- Experience working on AI/ML-driven initiatives or data-intensive platforms

- Senior stakeholder management

- Excellent storytelling & PPT

- Strong analytical skills

- OKR & prioritization experience

- Regulatory awareness

- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
