Job Purpose:This role at Adani Group will drive social media strategy, create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance brand presence across platforms to increase audience engagement, reach, and overall digital footprint, contributing to the company's marketing success.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Content Development
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis & Adaptation
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
Team Development
- Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
Digital Mindset
- Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing or Communication or Media
- BA/BSc in Journalism
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
- 7-10 years of experience Digital Marketing with 3+ years of full-time experience in Social Media Marketing. Proficiency in SM analytics tools and platforms is a must.
